The second annual O’Dowd Alumni Pre-Show Reception was held on Friday, May 5, 2017. More than 90 attendees enjoyed the reception before attending the Drama Department’s production of Legally Blonde.
Several alumni had special ties to the theater, including Rachael Chiappetta ’08, who starred in several productions during her O’Dowd years, including Ragtime, Hair and You Can’t Take It With You.
Others were excited to see their children in the performance, while some simply wanted to enjoy a night at the theater with fellow alums.
Special thanks to Drama Director Dennis Kohles ’69 for providing complimentary tickets for the O’Dowd alums, and well-deserved kudos to all the talented students in the musical.
