O’Dowd’s amazing Community in Diversity was celebrated at the annual Multicultural Assembly held on March 22. It was one of several activities – including special cultural lunches – held during Multicultural Week.
In addition to the traditional parade of flags, individual students and various cultural clubs performed song, dance and spoken word celebrating their heritages.
“A phenomenal amount of time and work went into each of these acts,” Director of Student Activities Starr Gray ’98 said.
