The Bishop O’Dowd Cross Country men’s team competed at the Stanford Invitational this past Saturday, October 1st. The Dragons placed 4 runners in the top 25 with Spencer Berkins, Cole Kretlow, Aaron Gonzalez, and Tommy Murphy finishing in 17th, 18th, 19th, and 21st places. All 4 boys recorded personal best times for the 5k distance. Junior David Alvarado rounded out the team score, finishing as the 5th runner for the Dragons. The boys placed 7th in the Division 4 race, this without Senior Owen Taffe. Next up is the Serra High School Crystal Springs Invitational Saturday October 8th at Crystal Springs Cross Country Course in Belmont, CA.
