PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Our physical education program is designed to help students commit to an active, healthy lifestyle. Through exercise, stretching, and team play, students gain self-discipline, perseverance, patience, and sportsmanship. Students also reflect on stress management, nutrition, and substance abuse - learning the skills and strategies to support them in making healthy choices, now and in the future.
